Car salesmen

So yesterday, after the hike, I wen over to the local Chevrolet dealer to talk to him about a used 2002 Avalanche he supposedly had on the lot.  Turns out the ad I read was weeks old, and that truck was not on the lot.  “but” he said, “I do have this new one that has the same pricetag”  So we look at it, drive it, and all is great…  Then the snowball (or should I say Avalanche) begins.  So we are sitting there, and they give me some outlandish numbers… (never speaking them of course, only pointing at them on a slice of paper) It was a really surreal experience…

Day hikes

Went on the first day hike of the year yesterday. in New Hampshire’s Pawtukaway State Park.  It was a nice morning walk throught the woods.  Beautiful views and good friends too.

Another Sleepless night…

And I am supposed to hike up Monandnock tomorrow…

Wow it is late…  But I got the PhotoLog up and running…

Perhaps tomorrow I will have some pictures of the hike to show.

Make Way for Ducklings
